成功大學國際經營管理所(IIMBA)在2015年加入教育部推廣的TEEP計畫-Taiwan Experience Education Program，IIMBA推出的子計畫為臥虎計畫Crouching Tigers Program，希望招募海外年輕學子來臺進行與企業的短期學習，合作企業會在課程後給予表現最好的幾位學員實習機會。

臥虎計畫基本介紹(Crouching Tigers 2016)：
Working with Taiwan international
enterprises, IIMBA would love to recruit talented international youths from
emerging and developed countries to Taiwan for a short-term study and potential
internship opportunities.
There are three sessions this year:
Session 1 : 2-week program in May-June
followed by the internship
Session 2 : 4-week program in July-August
followed by the internship
Session 3 : 2-week program in
September-October followed by the internship
*Courses are designed by the companies and
the duration may vary
*Internship period, depending on supporting
firms, will approximately last for two months.
The Program includes courses delivered by
executives and top-ranked managers from Taiwan international enterprises.
Courses may include seminars, case study, group competition or individual study
and presentation, depending on the instructors companies assign. In addition to
indoor classes, we also provide field trips and culture-experiencing tours.
Depending on the performance in the class, students may receive internship
opportunities or official job interview from participated companies.
During the period, we cover the costs of
accommodation, tuition and field trips. Students are responsible for travel
expense, insurance premium and living expense. Depending on the internship or
job offer contact, the expenses may vary.
