Given the concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), out of an abundance of caution, the TOCFL scheduled for March 28, 2020 at the University of Houston – Downtown is postponed. We are currently considering new dates and will notify each test taker as soon as a decision is reached. Thank you very much for your understanding.
