國立成功大學開設「Resilient and Innovative Future(韌性創新)」人才培育計畫，鼓勵已開放招收國際生的系所申請補助，推動回應疫情挑戰的教研計劃，針對109學年度秋季班的國際碩博士生，開放第二次招生(自5/15-6/19止)，讓之前受疫情影響來不及提出申請的國際生，有機會提出申請，送審資料將以隨到隨審方式，六周內就可知道結果，大大增加時效性！
